Caroline ensures that her clients win — time after time. Growing up in Sonoma County, Caroline developed a love for homes, design and entertaining at an early age. Her late father, local renowned architect & artist Warren Hedgpeth, cultivated her eye for design at a young age. Her enthusiasm is infectious once she has envisioned reimagining a space. Say, “Action!” and Caroline will put her network of tradesmen and professionals to work helping to turn properties into stylish, sophisticated abodes. Beyond her design talents, Caroline has a huge heart and is forthright, honest, and not afraid to address market fluctuations to price properties accurately. Caroline feels called to serve her clients and tactfully navigates through emotions, property defects, and negotiations with grace and determination.

Caroline successfully managed her own country property build from county permitting to the site-work on up, and her advice is invaluable to clients when working with architects, engineers, and complex county laws and regulations. Caroline’s personal interests lie both inside and outside the home. She satisfies her creative side with wreath making, floral arranging, crafting, cooking, baking, and gardening. Her athletic side is complete with her routine barre class that balances her out along with the occasional swimming, horseback riding, fishing, pickleball, and skiing. A wife and mother to two girls, much of Caroline’s spare time is spent volunteering at her daughters’ Catholic school both in the classroom and for various school activities and functions. On weekends, you’ll find her at her daughters’ Santa Rosa United “club” soccer games, hosting an open house, or showing her clients all Sonoma county has to offer.
