Our Story

Caroline's Dad, Warren Hedgpeth, continues to be an important part of Caroline Fuller’s approach to real estate, design, and development.

Caroline’s father, the late Warren Hedgpeth, practiced architecture for more than 35 years and was the principal of Hedgpeth Architects. Growing up with an architect as a father gave Caroline an early education in how to look beyond what a property is today and envision what it could become.

For years, Warren and Caroline shared more than a father-daughter relationship—they shared a passion for housing, architecture, land, and the possibilities found within a property. Hedgpeth Architects and Caroline Fuller & the SOCO PROPERTY Team shared office space and collaborated on projects where architecture, development, and real estate intersected.

Together, their work touched commercial and residential land opportunities, multifamily and affordable housing, custom and spec homes, substantial remodels, and for-sale housing developments—both before and after entitlements.

Today, Caroline carries that perspective forward through SOCO PROPERTY. Warren’s architectural influence helped shape her ability to recognize potential, understand how design impacts value, and approach real estate with a broader vision than simply buying or selling a property.

His legacy remains an important part of Caroline’s work: seeing the possibilities, understanding the property, and helping clients take a project from an initial vision toward its full potential.
